Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management or similar roles.
  • Experience maintaining a significant book of business.
  • Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with BI tools and CRM software preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic relationships.
  • Positive consultative approach with clients.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Some travel may be required (~5%).
