In Short

  • Work remotely with travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships for a portfolio of approximately 30 customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related matters.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction and service performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of issues.
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Proactive understanding of client needs and upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor account health metrics and address risks to retention.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Availability for after-hours support and travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in IT services.
  • Strong understanding of managed services, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of professional experience.
  • 4+ years account management or sales experience in enterprise technology.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance required.
