In Short

  • AidKit is hiring a Channel Partnerships Manager to build and operate the partner ecosystem for government sales.
  • This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is fully remote with some travel (US based).
  • Focus on identifying, structuring, and activating partnerships to expand access to public-sector opportunities.
  • Work with a variety of partners including prime contractors, NGOs, and foundations.
  • Design partnership strategies that support the Sales team and accelerate contracting.
  • Enable co-selling by aligning incentives and roles across AidKit, partners, and buyers.
  • Build playbooks and enablement materials for partners.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields is required.
  • A strong understanding of government procurement and dynamics is essential.
  • Compensation includes a salary range of $120,000–$130,000 annually, plus equity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, GovTech, or public-sector consulting.
  • Hands-on experience working alongside sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
  • Experience in disaster relief preferred.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining urgency.
