Overview

This position is a pivotal opportunity for a driven and strategic partnerships professional to lead the development of reseller programs in emerging markets and SMB sectors.

In Short

  • Design and execute a channel strategy tailored to target geographies and growth market segments.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and support high-potential reseller partners.
  • Create robust partner enablement frameworks, including training and support.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for reseller partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build localized campaigns.
  • Work with Product and Legal teams for compliance and feature alignment.
  • Track performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Represent the company at external partner meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnership management or channel development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with market expansion strategies.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics.
