Overview

The Channel Director will develop and expand strategic partner relationships in the South East territory, driving revenue growth through exceptional sales support and relationship management.

In Short

  • Lead the development of partner relationships in a high-speed environment.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide consultant sales support to agents throughout the sales process.
  • Educate the Sub-Agents community about Zayo's product portfolio.
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor and report sales performance.
  • Create accurate sales opportunity forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of agent and customer interactions.
  • Balance teamwork with independent contributions.
  • Drive Zayo's revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year education.
  • 10+ years of experience in solution selling to large accounts.
  • 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales.
  • Established relationships with Telecom Service Distributors.
  • Track record of achieving targeted sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Understanding of Zayo Network's products and services.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
