OSP Project Manager - Colorado & Wyoming - Remote

Overview

Zayo is seeking an OSP Project Manager for Colorado and Wyoming, responsible for managing fiber connectivity projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading execution from planning to implementation.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end customer support for fiber connectivity solutions.
• Handle customer orders and service requests efficiently.
• Coordinate installations and manage vendor processes.
• Provide technical expertise in fiber optic splicing and testing.
• Ensure project compliance with schedules and budgets.
• Conduct on-site surveys and attend field meetings.
• Develop and manage RFPs for splicing and testing.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor material procurement and mitigate project risks.
• Travel as necessary to support project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in telecommunications and project management.
• Knowledge of fiber optic splicing and testing.
• Experience managing large capital projects.
• Familiarity with OSP construction methods and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and Google Earth.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions.
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly.
• Business acumen is a plus.
