In Short

Lead and optimize project workflows, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery.
Monitor task deadlines and coordinate between teams.
Plan and assign tasks for developers and contractors.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Collaborate with product teams to refine requirements and priorities.
Solve project-related issues and proactively manage risks.
Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date.
Analyze project performance based on KPIs and optimize accordingly.
Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations.
Drive continuous improvement in team workflows and project execution.

Requirements

3+ years as a Project Manager in IT (iGaming industry preferred).
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA).
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
Proficiency in Jira / ClickUp for task tracking and backlog management.
Familiarity with SDLC and API interactions (advantageous).
Strong skills in task estimation (Story Points, T-shirt sizing) and prioritization (MoSCoW, WSJF).
Experience in SLA management and project performance analysis (KPI, OKR).
Ability to manage risks, analyze metrics, and optimize workflows.
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and goal-oriented mindset.
