We are an iGaming company, founded four years ago by a group of dedicated professionals. Currently, our team consists of over 1000 individuals. Our portfolio includes more than 10 successful brands operating in countries of levels 1-3.

In Short

  • Oversee and facilitate project processes, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Plan and assign tasks for developers and external contractors
  • Conduct regular meetings with the project and product teams to discuss progress and backlog grooming
  • Solve operational challenges and optimize workflows using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, and provide detailed reports
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth execution
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure realistic task assessments before execution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Previous experience in iGaming is highly desirable
  • Strong technical background (development or QA experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Jira, ClickUp, Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and SDLC
  • Understanding of APIs, task evaluation methods (Story Points, T-shirt sizing), and prioritization frameworks (MoSCoW, WSJF)
  • Ability to analyze project metrics (KPI, OKR) and control SLA execution
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
