Overview

The Manager, Partner Development at Xplor will focus on growing and optimizing partnerships, overseeing a team responsible for managing existing partnerships and expanding joint business opportunities.

In Short

  • Lead contract negotiations and deal structuring.

  • Manage and mentor a team of partner development professionals.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, marketing, operations, and product teams.
  • Responsible for executing partner programs and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive partner participation and long-term success.
  • Work fully remote with eligible working rights in the U.S.
  • May be eligible for a monthly bonus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or partner management.
  • Proven success in leading partnership programs.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy implementation.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
