Overview

SmartBrief, a division of Future Plc, is looking for a Manager, Partner Development to oversee a book of main association and corporate partners.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of partner relationships from launch through renewal negotiations.
• Provide front line contact with associations to ensure superior service and strategic growth.
• Experience in strategic collaboration with departments to anticipate partner needs.
• Independent thinking and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience in digital/email marketing and audience growth strategies.
• Work closely with senior directors to identify growth opportunities.
• At least 3 years of related client service experience.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related client service experience.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
• Trade Association, digital marketing, agency or media company background preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, and Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
