WorkWhile is looking for a dynamic Pod Lead to own the Enterprise Retail segment, leading a specialized unit tasked with aggressive new business acquisition, operational delivery, and strategic account scaling.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales or strategic partnerships.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Deep experience in retail operations, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Ability to navigate C-suite stakeholders in Fortune 500 environments.
  • Experience in data analysis and operational oversight.
  • Strong mentorship and coaching skills.
  • Full-cycle mindset focusing on long-term health and revenue growth.
  • Comfortable with complex negotiations and sales cycles.
  • Experience with omni-channel complexities in retail.
  • Proven track record in driving net new revenue and retention.
