Requirements

• 1-2+ years in management consulting or similar roles.
• Self-starter with project completion skills.
• Ability to create order from ambiguity.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts quarterly.
• Creative problem-solving attitude.
• Commitment to improving lives of low-wage workers.
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus.
