The Senior Services Sales Executive will lead business development activities across the Workday Platform for healthcare organizations, focusing on Professional Services and subscription sales.

  • Lead planning, management, and execution of Professional Services business development.

  • Partner with Workday Account Executives to support subscription sales.

  • Build and validate Professional Services proposals and project plans.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and services forecast data.
  • Lead and negotiate Professional Services Agreements and Statements of Work.
  • Assess training needs for customer project teams.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and achieve bookings targets.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business, implementation consulting, or subscription sales.
  • 4+ years of experience with Workday or comparable SaaS platforms.
  • Quota carrying experience with a strong sales track record.
  • Experience with Healthcare HCM and Financials solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to articulate opportunities for customers to optimize costs and drive growth.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and trust with clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in SaaS project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in the enterprise application space.
