We are looking for a Business Development Director, a visionary leader with a sharp strategic mind and the drive to transform data, people, and processes into growth, to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world.

In Short

  • Lead the Business Development, Lead Generation, and Email Deliverability teams.
  • Design and implement scalable business development initiatives.
  • Analyze sales and deliverability metrics for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Monitor business development KPIs and report on performance.
  • Ensure operational excellence through effective workflows.
  • Cultivate client relationships for long-term retention.
  • Work standard business hours based on PST or EST.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role managing business development teams.
  • At least 3 years in a senior management role in Business Development or Sales Leadership.
  • Strong recruitment, training, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Practical understanding of sales tools and CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a client-first mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Technical and analytical skills for managing projects.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
