In Short

  • Lead business development for Daniels Health in the acute care space.
  • Expand client base and regional business to meet targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce for customer outreach and opportunity identification.
  • Travel within territory to strengthen client relationships.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and support transitions.
  • Present products and services to key stakeholders.
  • Align client needs with business strengths for tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate on contract development and lead negotiations.

  • Support upselling and growth within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in business development strategy implementation.
  • Strong conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proven negotiation ability.
  • Hospital services experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with team motivation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with value-based selling confidence.
  • Outstanding computer skills; Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc.
