Overview

As Regional Sales Manager for Germany and Austria, you will lead the full commercial cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—executing our sales strategy through a strong partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for building Wingtra’s presence in the region from the ground up, including establishing our partner network, driving new customer acquisition, and acting as a strategic ambassador for our technology.

In Short

  • Own and manage the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and business growth in the region.
  • Identify, establish, and grow a regional partner ecosystem.
  • Support direct sales efforts in collaboration with dealers.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Drive field engagement through product demonstrations and industry events.
  • Promote Wingtra’s brand and product value proposition.
  • Gather and share customer use cases and market feedback.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Educational background in Geomatics, Geodesy, Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related geospatial field.
  • Proven experience (2-3+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for selling and building relationships.
  • Comfortable driving large enterprise opportunities and closing smaller inbound opportunities.
  • Experience providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Tech savviness working with CRM and communication tools.
  • Persuasive and independent with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & German.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%).
