In Short

  • Develop and maintain a lead funnel for government clients.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Represent the company at government events and build strategic relationships.
  • Assist in closing deals and support transitions to product and customer teams.
  • Plan demo trips and customer meetings.
  • Stay updated on government trends and procurement processes.
  • Gain expertise in UAV regulations and monitor policy updates.
  • Manage long sales cycles and establish trust with stakeholders.
  • Track government engagement initiatives and agency expansion rates.
  • Work remotely and travel frequently (up to 50%).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy, engineering, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales management or business development.
  • Proven ability to close complex deals with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset.
  • Comfortable working remotely and traveling.
  • Driven and eager to grow skills.
