Wingtra provides efficient and reliable data solutions to a variety of industries ranging from mining, construction and agriculture to humanitarian organizations, environmentalists and wildlife monitoring groups.

In Short

  • Lead the sales team in Europe and provide strategic guidance for regional development.
  • Expand and strengthen the partner network by onboarding new distribution partners.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic deals and high-impact partnerships.
  • Coach partners to maximize sales performance through on-site collaboration.
  • Translate global objectives into actionable European sales strategies.
  • Ensure partner enablement through training and CRM performance tracking.
  • Gather market insights to guide go-to-market and product decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a European sales team of three direct reports.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations.
  • Represent the company at key industry events across Europe.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally in international environments.
  • Strong experience leading and scaling sales teams across multiple markets.
  • A deep understanding of European business cultures and existing networks.
  • Ability to negotiate and build trust with customers and partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Self-driven and comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.
