In Short

• Review, draft, negotiate and analyze a wide variety of intellectual property licensing for domestic and international consumer-facing opportunities.
• Provide timely and thoughtful legal advice on potential risks and issues.
• Advise and manage trademarks and other intellectual property matters.
• Collaborate directly with domestic and international colleagues.
• Identify and assist with the continuous development of the legal team.
• Enable the business to achieve its targets while respecting applicable laws.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
• Engage in charitable and marketing initiatives.
• Strengthen digital presence and enhance location-based entertainment experiences.
• Drive and close a heavy volume of domestic and international licenses.

Requirements

• JD degree or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contract law and intellectual property law.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Mastered capability for contract drafting and legal analysis.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
