Royalties & Partnerships Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Royalties & Partnerships Assistant will support the management of licensing deals, ensuring timely submission of reports and efficient processing of royalty payments.

In Short

• Manage timely submission of royalty reports from licensees.
• Review and process licensee royalty reports using the WestEnd system.
• Flag discrepancies and collaborate with licensees to resolve errors.
• Track payments due and issue invoices as necessary.
• Identify overdue payments and ensure compliance with credit control procedures.
• Provide status updates to Regional Commercial Leads.
• Gather forecast information from licensees.
• Prepare withholding tax documents for licensor and licensee distribution.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a finance-related role.
• Experience in royalties management preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail.
