In Short

• Secure new licensees in designated categories tied to specific revenue goals.
• Manage day-to-day business including category management financials and contract management.
• Oversee new contract negotiations ensuring terms meet company requirements.
• Support brand management on establishing cross-promotional retail activities.
• Build trusted relationships with licensing partners and stakeholders.
• Drive an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit within the office.
• Continuously strive to identify and secure new licensees.
• Provide feedback on the progress of commercial efforts.

Requirements

• Significant experience in sales and/or brand management.
• Direct licensing experience is essential.
• Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a strategic vision.
• Innovative and creative manager/salesperson.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to communicate at all levels.
• University education is preferred.
• Good verbal and written skills in English preferred.
• Flexible team player with collaborative ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
