In Short

• Secure new licensees in designated categories tied to specific revenue goals.
• Manage day-to-day business including financials, contracts, and account management.
• Oversee new contract negotiations ensuring terms meet company requirements.
• Support brand management on establishing retail activities.
• Build trusted relationships with licensing partners and stakeholders.
• Drive an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit within the office.
• Continuously identify and secure new licensees.
• Feedback on the progress of commercial efforts and contract realization.

Requirements

• Significant experience in sales and/or brand management.
• Experience with pitching properties and managing licensees.
• Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills.
• A keen eye for detail with a strategic vision.
• Innovative and creative manager/salesperson.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and effective communication skills.
• University education preferred.
• Good verbal and written skills in English preferred.
• Flexible team player with collaborative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
