The Royalties-In Manager will oversee licensee reporting and manage a team of globally distributed Royalties Managers/Executives to ensure accurate reporting and cash collection in a hybrid work environment.

• Manage a team of globally distributed Royalties Managers/Executives.
• Reorganise and optimise the existing team as necessary.
• Act as a system champion for WestEnd royalties/rights management system.
• Ensure accurate processing of all inbound licensee royalty statements.
• Issue all invoicing accurately and on time.
• Manage cash collection and aged debt levels.
• Conduct credit checks for new contracts.
• Set and monitor KPIs for the royalty processing team.
• Manage licensee forecast cycles in conjunction with Partnership Finance.
• Meet Licensor reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in managing royalties-in within a global business.
• Confident managing a remote team across different cultures and timezones.
• Experience with systems development, particularly royalties systems.
