Our business has been running for 30 years and we are the number one trusted partner to studios and producers for public performance licensing. We work with every major Hollywood studio and hundreds of independents and our aim is to allow companies to use great movie and programming content while ensuring that content creators get paid for their work.

• Maximize the royalties we collect for our licence holders on renewals.

Requirements

• Experience in royalty management or similar fields.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in pricing optimization.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to test and try new approaches.
• Ability to interpret and understand data.

Benefits

• Fully remote with occasional travel to our office in Eastbourne.
• Salary between £65,000 and £70,000.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
