  • Collaborate across the business: Partner with marketing, sales ops and enablement to ensure a seamless buyer journey and maximise conversions.
  • Identify, engage, and close deals with larger organizations (50-750 employees).
  • Execute a smart, targeted sales strategy to deliver results.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Proven success selling to customers, ideally in B2B SaaS or licensing.
  • Persistent, resilient, and able to make quick decisions.
  • Strong communicator, empathetic in interactions with peers and customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • Experience achieving challenging KPI metrics.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Experience with tech tools is an advantage (e.g., Gong, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and independently.
  • Highlight examples of sales experience.
  • Bounce back quickly from rejection and setbacks.
  • Proactive in building trust with clients.
  • Suggest improvements in systems and processes.

  • Base salary of £30,000.
  • OTE £83,000.
  • Uncapped commission.
