PagerDuty is seeking a Renewal Manager to join our dynamic and customer-focused team! As a Renewal Manager, you will be responsible for managing the subscription renewal process for an assigned portfolio of customers, ensuring high retention rates and maximizing contract value.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Experience managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to identify risks and work on mitigation strategies.
