Overview

Mainstay is looking for a Renewal Manager with a strong history of achievement in partnering with customers to drive retention of annual recurring revenue (ARR) during the renewal process.

In Short

  • Develop and execute data-driven renewal strategies for high-value accounts.
  • Optimize renewal value by identifying partner needs and negotiating terms.
  • Own and drive the contract renewal process.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs.
  • Manage the entire contract renewal lifecycle.
  • Accurately forecast renewals and track performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve the renewal process.
  • 2+ years of experience in renewal management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with proven success in renewal management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Experience with software sales and/or renewals.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Positive attitude towards growth and learning.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
