Renewal Manager - Remote

Overview

Mainstay is looking for a Renewal Manager with a strong history of achievement in partnering with customers to drive retention of annual recurring revenue (ARR) during the renewal process.

In Short

• Collaborate on target state architecture and value-driven roadmap.
• Identify and communicate architectural risks.
• Define architecture solutions aligned to target state architecture.
• Facilitate design discussions and drive technical design reviews.
• Participate in AWS Well Architected Reviews.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert.
• Assist with improving architecture practices.
• Work with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage SOC2 security and assessments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years of experience in software engineering in an agile environment.
• Experience with Python and Typescript.
• Experience with React/Redux and Django.
• Experience with AWS ECS, Terraform, Docker.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Pinecone, Redis.
• 1 year of experience with Generative AI.
