Overview

We are building a loyalty program that will keep our customers coming back for more, enhanced with automation and personalization to ensure precise communication.

In Short

  • Design and implement a loyalty program including segments, benefits, participation levels, and communication scenarios.
  • Build and optimize marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, push, and web/app channels.
  • Utilize customer behavior and transaction data to create accurate segments and personalize communication.
  • Analyze program and campaign results to recommend next steps to increase customer engagement and value.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, and IT teams to ensure consistent communication and development of marketing automation tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or loyalty programs in e-commerce or retail.
  • Ability to connect concepts with execution, planning, configuring, and launching campaigns or automation scenarios.
  • Experience working with customer data: segmentation, scoring, behavior analysis, and campaign results.
  • Practical knowledge of marketing automation and customer data platform tools (e.g., Synerise, Bloomreach, Insider).
  • Understanding of campaign logic and user journeys (triggers, exclusions, A/B testing).
