In Short

  • Seeking a customer-obsessed, data-savvy CRM & Loyalty Manager / Senior Manager.
  • Lead customer and loyalty CRM strategy.
  • Drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven campaigns.
  • Work closely with leadership to blend business goals with brand building.
  • Leverage customer insights for loyalty program enhancements.
  • Manage CRM vendor partnerships and platform evaluations.
  • Own overall CRM KPIs including customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Lead the CRM team, managing performance and development.
  • Stay updated on martech trends to improve CRM strategy.
  • Experience in managing loyalty or membership programs in retail or e-commerce.

Requirements

  • Customer-obsessed with a passion for impactful experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and drive measurable impact.
  • Strong commercial instincts connecting engagement to revenue.
  • Experience managing vendors and evaluating marketing tech tools.
  • Effective communicator with experience influencing leadership.
  • Past experience in managing a team.
