Overview

The Product Manager at Love, Bonito is responsible for building and maintaining core platform capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the implementation of technical products.

In Short

  • Manage and run agile processes (Scrum) with engineering teams as Product Owner.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, communicating progress and changes to stakeholders monthly.
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Evaluate and prioritize features/tickets based on impact, time, and complexity.
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA for smooth development and release cycles.
  • Align initiatives with product strategy by working closely with E-commerce and Marketing teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, including AI adoption in fashion and retail.
  • Support UI/UX design for new features using design tools like Figma.
  • Partner with data teams to track KPIs and measure product performance.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for integrations.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, preferably in E-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Knowledge of market trends in fashion and retail.
  • Experience with mobile app product strategy is a plus.
  • Understanding of GTM strategies is a bonus.
