Overview

An experienced and strategic Global Tax Compliance Director is needed to lead our global tax compliance function, ensuring regulatory adherence, optimizing tax processes, and mitigating risks across multiple jurisdictions.

• Ensure global tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and indirect taxes.
• Develop and implement internal tax policies, controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for tax audits, disputes, and regulatory inquiries.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities, incentives, and risk management measures.
• Stay updated on global tax law changes and proactively assess their impact on the business.
• Ensure alignment between business operations and tax planning strategies.
• Lead and mentor a global tax team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Work closely with regional finance teams, external advisors, and tax authorities.
• Coordinate BPO partners for tax reporting and operational compliance.
• Drive automation and digital transformation in tax compliance and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field; CPA, LLM, or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years in tax compliance, with significant experience in a multinational corporation or Big 4 firm.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and tax automation tools.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across functions.
