Compliance Director - Remote

Overview

As the Compliance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing healthcare regulatory compliance issues that impact SmithRx, partnering closely with the Legal team to interpret and operationalize federal and state laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Strong foundation in healthcare laws affecting PBMs.
• Experience with government agencies and regulators.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
• Ability to operate independently and prioritize tasks.
• Genuine interest in improving healthcare access.
