Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or related field.
• 12 years of software development experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience managing large engineering teams (30+ engineers).
• Strong background in developing scalable and reliable systems.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
• Expertise in EDI and data integration technologies is a plus.
• Located in California or on PST timezone is a plus.
