In Short

  • We’re seeking a founding Head of Sales to drive new business revenue and win customers for life.
  • Apply a founder-mindset and getting things done attitude.
  • Drive new business growth within a greenfield territory.
  • Build deep relationships with customers to understand their business goals.
  • Develop tailored account plans for assigned accounts.
  • Effectively communicate Weflow’s value proposition to potential customers.
  • Run highly effective demos with technical stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine messaging to scale outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Engage and educate senior executives on Revenue Intelligence.
  • This role is fully remote but requires travel to customers (up to 20%).

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably with complex SaaS solutions.
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of 800k+.
  • Experience selling to senior leaders in enterprise organizations.
  • Hunter mentality with a passion for securing new logos.
  • Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in selling to RevOps and Sales Leaders is preferred.
  • Experience with Weflow or similar solutions is preferred.
