Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Weflow, you will partner with late-stage prospects and existing customers to drive transformative adoption of AI across their Sales organisations.

In Short

  • Ensure fast time-to-value and strong product adoption for customers.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, RevOps, and Revenue Leadership teams.
  • Bridge technical Salesforce implementation with strategic RevOps objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ RevOps tool stack and challenges.
  • Guide customers in optimising their Weflow AI setup.
  • Identify expansion opportunities to maximise account growth.
  • Lead efficient onboarding balancing RevOps priorities with Salesforce requirements.
  • Manage support tickets while maintaining feedback loops with Product and Engineering.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to design scalable processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or related fields.
  • Ownership of revenue and customer performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to implement AI solutions for process optimisation.
  • Data-driven mindset with actionable strategy translation skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Technical acumen with Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Revenue Operations or as a Salesforce Administrator is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
