Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of a dynamic Supplier Acquisition team at Wayfair, responsible for driving supplier expansion across Europe and making a real commercial impact.

In Short

  • Work within a motivated, high-performing team focused on supplier acquisition and onboarding across Europe.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 3–4 associates.
  • Contact prospective suppliers and pitch Wayfair’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot blockers and improve processes.
  • Attend trade shows and supplier meetings to explore new commercial opportunities.
  • Drive measurable outcomes by hitting monthly KPIs.
  • Support ongoing improvements in the acquisition and onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or eCommerce.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Desire to exceed targets and make a meaningful impact.
