Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
• 7+ years’ experience in contact center quality programs.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with AI-powered quality analytics tools.
• Proven track record of process improvement.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
