Overview

Walrus Foundation's mission is to advance adoption of the Walrus decentralized storage and retrieval platform.

Walrus is building the decentralized storage layer for Web3 — optimized for developers, loved by communities, and integrated across the ecosystems that matter. We’re looking for an Ecosystem Development Lead to help us scale adoption, drive meaningful partnerships, and make Walrus the default storage choice for web3 builders everywhere.

In Short

• Identify and map key builder ecosystems (L2s, appchains, gaming ecosystems, open dev communities).
• Design ecosystem engagement with Walrus developer communities.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations and Engineering to solve adoption blockers.
• Showcase wins with Marketing and Comms.
• Engage with the community at conferences and digital meetups.
• Support inbound interest and connect ecosystem projects with internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development or developer relations.
• Strong understanding of crypto-native builder communities.
• Web3 experience in developing breadth programs.
• Clear communicator across technical and business audiences.
• Comfortable working autonomously in fast-moving environments.
• Bonus: Experience with decentralized storage or developer infrastructure.
