Requirements

  • 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or complex product sales.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a challenger mindset.
  • Affinity for AI and its implications in service delivery.
  • Entrepreneurial energy with experience in market building.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing people.
  • Strong academic background and proven commercial impact.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Ability to build valuable relationships within the industry.
