Our digital platform provides the legal, organizational and transactional infrastructure that empowers teams to deliver high‑calibre projects for Fortune 500 companies (e.g. ABB, BASF, Netflix, Siemens) as well as medium-sized clients.

Our work has been appraised by leading players such as SAP, Forrester and Manpower. Now we’re gearing up for the next leap. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just code—but leads, innovates, and leverages AI to build the future of our platform.

In Short

• Develop AI-agentic solutions from scratch or integrating existing agents and foundational technologies.
• Use AI to aggressively ship high-quality code.
• Architect and build AI‑first software solutions for complex user‑stories.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end innovations.
• Own the full development pipeline.
• Lead architectural discussions and mentor fellow engineers.
• Champion AI‑powered features.

Requirements

• Experience in developing AI agents and integrating them into business workflows.
• Knowledge of the latest tools and trends in AI-assisted software engineering.
• Strong record of building production‑grade software with AI components.
• Agnostic approach to stack and tools.
• Exceptional autonomy and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thoughtfully challenge ideas and drive discussions.
• Strong team player with humility.
• Reside within ±3 hours of Central European Time.
