Overview

The Senior Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for setting the strategy for penetrating German based enterprises and leading the sales team to achieve fast-paced enterprise revenues.

In Short

  • Manage a strong team of Enterprise Account Managers.
  • Promote integration and collaboration with EMEA Enterprise teams.
  • Drive a harmonized methodology of sales with Enterprise Accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to sign up Global Accounts in Germany.
  • Drive best practices for account planning and penetration.
  • Work with marketing teams to drive enterprise messaging and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Channel Management and Alliances for partner activities.
  • Report to the Enterprise Sales Director, DACH.

Requirements

  • Exceptional experience in Enterprise Software sales leadership.
  • Strong competencies in driving sales through Large Enterprise clients.
  • Proven relationships in top tier enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent track record of selling software in the enterprise market.
  • Knowledge of selling via channel and alliance partners.
  • Experience with a 2-tier channel model.
  • Knowledge of different sales methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and German.
