Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Track record of leading high-performing teams in Enterprise sales.
  • SaaS experience in a full cycle or closing role.
  • Expertise in pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong communication skills for team and leadership interactions.
  • Adaptable and skilled at tailoring approaches to team members.
  • Strong coaching abilities with a passion for developing talent.
  • Detail-oriented with experience analyzing sales data.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
