• Grow and maintain Muck Rack’s database of journalists and content producers.
• Serve as a “go-to” person for user queries relating to our database and services.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional experience (research and/or customer service experience preferred).
• Attention to detail and a preference for process and structure.
• Understanding of journalism/media with a background in media, public relations, customer service, and/or research.
• Curiosity to dig deeper into data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Apps, Intercom, Slack.
• Organized with good time management skills.
