Overview

The Research Specialist is a critical member of our science team who leverages data from clinical and preclinical databases to generate insightful business reports, conduct thorough program evaluations, and develop and maintain dashboards for internal stakeholders. This position is essential for ensuring data-driven decision-making and effective project coordination within our organization.

In Short

• Organize and manage recurring data workflows in support of the My Retina Tracker Registry Program
• Reconcile invoices from clinical laboratory against registry profiles
• Extract and analyze data from the grant database
• Conduct program evaluations
• Develop and maintain dashboards for internal insights
• Collaborate with teams to understand data needs
• Provide training on dashboards and data tools
• Must have relevant degree with 3+ years research-related experience
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools
• Work from home with occasional travel

Requirements

• Relevant degree with 3+ years of experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Team player with independent work capability
• Proactive and strong follow-up skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
