Sr. Research Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Assist in the day-to-day execution of product tests, from survey design to analysis to report generation.
• Design surveys according to objectives and clean data needed for analysis.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand objectives and present survey design.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share findings and interpret results.
• Program and deploy surveys using Alchemer, Typeform, or other survey vendors.
• Manage complex recruiting efforts and ensure high-quality recruits.
• Enforce standard operating procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Advocate for software feature enhancements to improve project operations.
• Identify root causes of project issues and develop alternative solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree preferred in statistics, business, medical or behavioral sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years experience at a market research agency.
• Proficiency in Alchemer, Typeform, or similar survey tools.
• Experience using tabulation software such as SPSS, Tableau, etc.
• Minimum 2 years developing questionnaires and conducting quantitative research.
• Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively.
