Overview

The Southern Cal Development Manager is responsible for all chapter activities in our Southern California territory, focusing on revenue management, volunteer management, and community relations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful event fundraising experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate volunteer groups.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
  • Willingness to travel (20-25%).
  • Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with budget preparation and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Commitment to the mission of the Foundation Fighting Blindness.
