Non-Profit Development Manager (Southern Territory) - Remote

Overview

The Development Manager is responsible for all chapter activities in our Southern territory, focusing on revenue management, volunteer management, and community relations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of event fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate volunteer groups.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% of the time.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with budget preparation and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor databases.
• Commitment to the mission of the Foundation Fighting Blindness.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
