Overview

The Allurion BDM is responsible for the South of Spain region – containing a group of partner clinics (accounts). Within this region they are responsible for the implementation of 3 strategic priorities.

In Short

  • Increase productivity of existing accounts using the 4C Success Model.
  • Acquire new high potential accounts using the ACT Model.
  • Implement B2B2C conversion strategies for medical weight loss.
  • Deliver engaging training and coaching to partner clinics.
  • Utilize analytical skills for auditing and gap analysis.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Exceed quarterly budget and forecast plans.
  • Work autonomously after onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account growth and productivity.
  • Experience in fast growth companies.
  • Training and alliance management experience.
  • Strong business acumen and performance drive.
  • Experience in medical device or medical weight loss is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Multiple language knowledge is desirable.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Strong digital marketing skills.
  • Consultative approach to selling.
