Overview

The Allurion BDM is responsible for the Lille region – containing a group of partner clinics (accounts). They focus on increasing productivity, acquiring new accounts, and converting medical weight loss through various marketing methodologies.

In Short

  • Responsible for the Lille region and partner clinics.
  • Implement the 4C Success Model to increase productivity.
  • Acquire new high potential accounts using the ACT Model.
  • Teach marketing methodologies to partner clinics.
  • Requires strong analytical and training skills.

  • Experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.
  • Must have a consultative approach to selling.
  • 80% remote work with significant travel required.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account growth and productivity.
  • Experience in practice development and partnership.
  • Training experience is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and marketing skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Experience in medical devices or weight loss is a plus.
  • Multiple language knowledge is desirable.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
